The ESU 1 Teaching & Learning Team partners with school administrators, educators, and ESU personnel to support curriculum, instruction, leadership, assessment, and continuous school improvement. With a shared mission of providing Innovation, Leadership, and Service, the team focuses on empowering schools to enhance student growth and achievement across all grade levels and content areas.
Services We Provide
- Support for the continuous school improvement process
- Curriculum leadership and instructional coaching across content areas
- New teacher support through Cadre program
- Principal Leadership support through the Leadership Cadre, principal Zoom and in-person meetings, and leadership-focused professional development
- Professional development in reading, math, science, social studies, and fine arts
- Educational technology & AI integration and training
- MTSS implementation and support (early childhood through secondary)
- ACT, OnToCollege, PowerSchool, and Canvas support
- Support for special initiatives including LETRS, Marzano, and ELA/EL programs

Districts may reach out directly to a TLT team member to request support. Services are provided through coaching, workshops, cadre events, and on-site consultation. Tailored assistance is available based on district goals and improvement plans.
