ESU 1 can assist schools in developing and sustaining comprehensive systems to support student and adult well-being. Over the past several years, this has taken place through the hosting of the School Mental Health Institute, which included training and technical assistance as part of a project funded by the Nebraska Department of Education. Additionally, the mental health team contributes to continuous improvement in staff well-being measurement and supports within ESU #1.
