The Audiology Department at ESU 1 provides comprehensive hearing evaluations for children ages 0–21 to support access to learning and communication. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and a soundproof testing suite at the Wakefield office, ensuring accurate, accessible testing across environments.

How to Access Services
Contact your local school district to request an audiological evaluation. Referrals are typically made through the special education director or school principal. ESU 1 will coordinate testing in the most appropriate setting for the child.
