The Title I Part C Education Program is a federally funded initiative dedicated to providing comprehensive educational services to migratory children. Our goal is to address the unique needs of children who move across states, ensuring they receive the same high-quality education, meet academic standards, and fulfill graduation requirements.

Services We Provide
Supplemental instruction in reading, math, and school readiness
- Family literacy services for migratory students and their families
- Support for high school graduation and postsecondary planning
- Services for out-of-school youth under age 21
- Assistance with academic records transfer and educational continuity
- Identification and support of migratory students’ unique educational needs
How to Access Services
If you work in a district and believe a student may qualify for the program, you may submit the form below or contact recruiter Virgelina Sierra-Rios at vsierrarios@esu1.org. Once referred, a recruiter will confirm eligibility and coordinate services.
