The ESU 1 Transition Program supports students with disabilities in preparing for life after high school by helping them set goals, develop a transition plan, and connect with services that promote independence and meaningful adult outcomes. Transition planning is a collaborative effort involving schools, families, community members, and agencies.
Internet Safety

The internet is a wonderful resource for students, but access can also pose risks. Internet safety can ensure that students are alert and protected online. In this module, students will learn how to be careful online by protecting their personal information and practicing safety on social networking sites.
