The ESU 1 Transition Program supports students with disabilities in preparing for life after high school by helping them set goals, develop a transition plan, and connect with services that promote independence and meaningful adult outcomes. Transition planning is a collaborative effort involving schools, families, community members, and agencies.

There are so many aspects to communicate and how we relate toone another through words and actions. With this multimedia module, students will be prepared to understand the differences between verbal and non-verbal communication and to exercise strategies to communicate effectively in both categories.
