The ESU 1 Transition Program supports students with disabilities in preparing for life after high school by helping them set goals, develop a transition plan, and connect with services that promote independence and meaningful adult outcomes. Transition planning is a collaborative effort involving schools, families, community members, and agencies.
Interviewing for a Job

This multimedia module instructs students on the topics of making a goodimpression, taking pre-employment tests, strategies for following-up after an interview and how toappear confident and positive during an interview. Students learn the basics needed to handle a varietyof interview questions and situations.
