Office Associate

Full-time position to be filled as soon as possible.

Position Overview: Educational Service Unit #1 is seeking a motivated and organized individual to provide support in the Business Office, with responsibilities focused on record-keeping and data management, purchase orders, and cash receipts. This is a full-time, 12-month position offering competitive wages and benefits. Starting pay is $20/hour and may vary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Handle cash receipts and maintain financial records. Provide general administrative and business office support. Specific duties will be determined based on the successful candidate’s strengths.

Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Google Suite preferred. A background in, or willingness to learn, education business practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. A team-player attitude with strong communication skills

Migrant Education Program Service Provider

Full-time position to be filled as soon as possible. Must be bilingual. Will work in South Sioux City.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, and valid driver’s license and insurance.
