Two full-time positions to begin Oct. 1.

Finance Clerk I

  • Purchase orders – code expense, obtain approval, submit to vendor
  • State/federal grants – work with grant coordinators, maintain files, code expenditures, data entry, reconcile accounts, follow state or federal agency regulations, request reimbursement
  • Payroll – manage staff changes, work with payroll clerk and business manager to maintain accurate records 
  • Accounts receivable – prepare daily deposits for receipt by Finance Clerk II, data entry in software system
  • Employee tracking – maintain Day Count database, mileage reports, timeclock, personnel files
  • Banking – reconcile select accounts, maintain bank statements and required documentation for audit review
  • Board of Director meetings – organize monthly documents, reports, and maintain files
  • Records – maintain and archive personnel records


Finance Clerk II

  • Accounts payable – process all incoming bills, code to correct accounts, data entry, generate financial reports, reconcile bank statements
  • Accounts receivable – reconcile amounts received, generate deposits, data entry, generate financial reports
  • Payroll – data entry, reconcile reports of benefits changes, transfer funds, reconcile and submit state and federal reports, reconcile and send forms W-2 &1095, manage direct deposit
  • Personnel – manage enrollment, changes, and terminations of staff benefits (retirement, life, disability, vision, health, dental)
  • Records – maintain and archive General Fund records
