ILCD Surveys

ILCD surveys are conducted online. NDE will share a link with district personnel during the fall semester of the year in which surveys are required. 

Districts are required to complete parent surveys as a part of the district self-assessment on a five-year sampling cycle as outlined by the state. Staff surveys can be conducted as needed. The surveys are designed to collect information on the provision of special education and related services for children ages 3 to 21.

Planning Region Teams/Services Coordinators/Other Service Providers surveys are designed to collect information from those staff and service providers who are linked to the district, but are not directly employed by the district. Items on these surveys are intended to provide information on the types of services and supports that come from outside of the district, but are important in the provision of a comprehensive array of services for children ages birth to 3.
